CONTINENTAL PLACE

Prior to renovation, this condo on Seattle’s waterfront, was carved up into small, poorly functioning spaces that did not take advantage of its stunning views.  By relocating and removing several walls, Hinge Studio created a simple efficient floor plan with kitchen and master suite that open to the views. Simple modern finishes were selected to reflect the abundant sky and water. The result is a fresh airy urban oasis.
