Project Description
Renovation of a commercial warehouse space to house a boutique liquor store and distribution center. Selective use of wood and warm colors transformed an industrial warehouse into a distinctive high end retail space. As a cost savings measure, the architect and owner chose to highlight some of the existing building elements such as exposed concrete floors and structural beams. The project also utilized reclaimed light fixtures and doors. In addition to the retail space, the project houses the business offices, distribution area, and a flexible event / meeting room.
