During Hinge’s Virtual Napkin Sketch project they were contacted by EJ and Evan Silvers. A pair of local 2nd generation State Farm agents looking to design a building that would not only be a new home for their two offices but also to host events and workshops to better spread our roots into the community. Hinge worked with the brothers to develop a mixed-use building with flexible floor plans that would work for their offices during the day as well as events in the evening. Also adding a nice two bedroom on top as well as two large roof decks with views towards Mt. Rainier and Landing planes at Boeing field.
